UNDERSTANDING ISRAEL’S CURRENT WAR
IN THE CONTEXT OF HISTORY

Join us for a conversation on the recent war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza. This panel will focus on helping community members to understand how the recent horrific events in Israel came to pass, what Israel’s current objectives in the war are, and how to put the war into context given the broader lens of Jewish and Israeli history in the Middle East.

This event will feature three distinguished panelists:

The discussion will be moderated by Nicole Vahlkamp, a second-year law student at the University of Miami School of Law and President of the Law School’s Cardozo Jewish Legal Society.
