Be the Key to Our Future

Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Community, Character, and Passion for Learning

Dear Rambam Day School Community,

At Rambam Day School, we believe in nurturing more than academic excellence—we cultivate compassionate leaders, strengthen Jewish identity, and foster a deep commitment to community service. Our dedication to shaping tomorrow’s thoughtful Jewish leaders depends on the continued partnership of our exceptional school community.

The 2025-2026 Annual Fund represents our shared commitment to educational excellence and Jewish values. Your support enables us to maintain the high standards that define the Rambam experience while investing in innovative programs that prepare our students for meaningful futures as engaged citizens and community leaders.

Last year’s Annual Fund campaign was truly inspiring. With 186 families participating and raising over $670,000, our community demonstrated remarkable dedication to our shared mission. This tremendous support enabled us to significantly improve teacher compensation, expand benefits, and introduce an in-house instructional coach. We also added two school counselors focused on emotional learning and created an expanded outdoor play area to enrich experiential learning opportunities.

This year, your Annual Fund contribution will continue to strengthen three essential areas:

Exceptional Faculty & Staff – We recognize that outstanding educators are fundamental to our students’ success. Your gifts help us attract and retain exceptional teachers through competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and robust professional development opportunities.

Educational Innovation – We are committed to providing cutting-edge learning experiences that challenge our students intellectually while deepening their connection to Jewish heritage and values.

Educational Accessibility – As educational costs continue to rise, Annual Fund support helps bridge the financial gap, ensuring that a Rambam education remains accessible to families while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Your participation—at any level—makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. Whether your contribution is $18 or $18,000, you are investing in the future leaders who will strengthen Jewish communities and make positive impacts around the world.

Our goal remains 100% family participation because when our entire community comes together, we demonstrate the power of collective commitment to Jewish education and values. We invite you to join us in this important work.

Thank you for being part of the Rambam family and for your continued investment in our students’ bright futures.

With deep appreciation,

Nora Anderson
