Join us for this special Shabbat celebrating
the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Social justice is a cornerstone of Reform Judaism, and for this MLK Day we invite you to join us for a meaningful evening to reflect on the legacy of Dr. King as we look to a future guided by his principles of social action.
We are delighted to present a beautiful musical service to uplift your soul led by Cantor Rachelle Nelson, Reverend Robert Brooks and the St. Peters Missionary Baptist Church Choir.
Join us immediately after services for a community dinner as we learn together with Scholar-In-Residence Rabbi Judith Schindler, author of Recharging Judaism: How Civic Engagement is Good for Synagogues, Jews and America, who will share her insights on how we can come together to make a difference as a Jewish community.
After services, we will gather together with our
Scholar-in-Residence for a delicious dinner program
Dinner at $25 per person. Please note: the dinner is an Adults-Only event.
