Purim Persian Nights
Have you ever wondered how Queen Esther herself might have celebrated Purim if she were alive today? Join us as we bring that vision to life.
Step into the magic of Purim at Persian Nights, an elevated and unforgettable evening inspired by the world of Queen Esther and the richness of Persian culture. The evening will feature a Megillah reading inspired by the beloved Disney film Aladdin, thoughtfully placed at the heart of the celebration to reimagine the Megillah as engaging, joyful, and central to the Purim experience.
Throughout the night, guests will enjoy a festive Hamantashen contest featuring homemade entries from our congregants, an interactive belly dancing class, alongside live belly dancing performances, inviting guests to participate as well as observe. Persian tile painting and an educational perfume experience.
The celebration will be complemented by Persian-style cuisine, Persian music setting the mood, and a special Mishloach Manot project, offering the chance to spread Purim joy beyond our community walls.
Costumes are encouraged but not required. Come ready to celebrate, connect, and experience Purim in a whole new way.
