2024 — 2025 – Aaron, Maura, Lucas, Clara Hollub
Aaron, Maura, Lucas, and Clara Hollub are honored to be named Temple Beth Am’s 2024-2025 Family of the Year.
For the Hollubs, Beth Am is a place of community, spirituality, and belonging, and a cornerstone of the traditions they are proud to pass down to the next generation. From Shabbat and holidays to school events and volunteering, Beth Am has been central to their family life. It is especially meaningful to now watch Lucas and Clara build their own Beth Am memories.
Their connection to Temple Beth Am spans generations. Aaron’s grandparents, Marvin and Mimi Hollub, were founding members of the congregation, and Aaron’s mother, Amy, served on both the Day School Board and the Temple’s Executive Board. Aaron and his siblings celebrated their B’nai Mitzvah at Beth Am, and today Aaron and Maura are raising Lucas (6) and Clara (5) with that same commitment to Jewish life and shared responsibility.
Philanthropy and service have long been central to the Hollub family’s values. In 2013, they co-founded Rock ‘N Run: Think Pink & Feel Teal, a 5K and cardio dance event hosted on the Beth Am campus for nine years. The event brought the community together while supporting nonprofit organizations advancing breast and ovarian cancer research, advocacy, and services for women from under-resourced communities.
Aaron is President of Hollub Group, a 72-year, multi-generational real estate developer and custom homebuilder, and Managing Partner of Pine Bay Real Estate, which provides construction financing for other real estate developers. He most recently served as Chair of the Board at Rambam Day School and continues to serve as Immediate Past President. Aaron also serves on Temple Beth Am’s Finance Committee. Maura is Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Rambam Day School and is in her 11th year on the Rambam faculty. Lucas and Clara are Rambam Day School students.
The Hollubs are grateful for this honor and for the Beth Am community that has shaped their family across generations. They look forward to continuing to give back and to being part of the congregation’s legacy for years to come.
