Sisterhood is truly about forging connections, finding common interests and working with other women to create a sense of community that matters. Your membership is the key to our thriving organization. Each of you makes a difference. We gauge our success by looking at the sense of camaraderie, learning and goodwill that is created by our programs and opportunities to be involved.
As a part of WRJ (Women of Reform Judaism), we strengthen the voice of Jewish women worldwide and are empowered to create caring communities, nurture our congregations, cultivate personal and spiritual growth, and promote Jewish values.
How can you stay informed and involved?
• Check out our Sisterhood calendar online.
• Sisterhood pages in Temple Beth Am's monthly Commentator.
• Join us at a monthly meeting or event — everyone is welcome!
• Pick up a pink calendar of Sisterhood events at the temple or at any event.
• If you’re not receiving our weekly email blast, be sure to send your email address to Sisterhood@tbam.org and we’ll keep you informed!
In Sisterhood, we're always experimenting with new ideas. Our programs continue to grow in scope as we create community and identify opportunities to bring each woman's interests to the fore. From Tikkun Olam commitments to health awareness programs, from book clubs to the ongoing Lynn Cromer Leadership Initiative, and from weekly Mah Jongg and Canasta games to Judaism-inspired learning... there is truly something for everyone.
And, we'd love to hear your thoughts!
We welcome and encourage your questions, comments and suggestions. Email us at email@example.com or call Aida Littauer at 786.364.9441.
Feel free to post a comment on our blog at SisterhoodBlogTBAM.com.
We look forward to hearing from you!!
