Tracey Labgold, Florida Education & Training Manager, Keshet

Having experienced bullying in her childhood, Tracey has spent her career as an educator and facilitator dedicated to creating safe spaces. Whether it be through facilitating anti-bullying and diversity awareness workshops, helping others to understand the impacts of implicit bias, or promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion in Jewish spaces, Tracey loves to engage people in meaningful conversations about the possibilities available when each of us is safe to show up as our full self.

Tracey has a MA from Teacher’s College of Columbia University and taught high school English in both the New York City Public Schools and in Florida. Tracey chaired ADL Florida’s Regional Board for 4 years and taught Hebrew School at her shul for 13 years. She and her wife, Michelle, have 5 children. Tracey loves to read and practices yoga when she has spare time.

Sage Cassell Rosenberg, LGBTQ Mental Health Activist and Content Creator

Born and raised in Miami, Sage comes from an orthodox Jewish background as a half black/half white, biracial person. As an outspoken member of the LGBTQ+ community, Sage identifies as Non-binary and Queer and uses They/Them pronouns. With a keen interest in topics such as: gender; sexuality; resilience and mental health, they’ve turned their social media into a safe haven for those looking to explore themselves in their gender and sexuality. They currently are the general manager at E.I Games an LGBT owned E-learning company whose primary objective is teaching leadership skills and diversity intelligence via the teaching of emotional intelligence. Sage feels so honored and blessed to be exactly who they are and claims their otherness with great pride, and confidence!
