DESCRIPTION:Temple Beth Am’s unBIASed initiative and Youth Engagement Religious School (YERS), along with Mosaic Miami, invite you to attend Break the Bias: Elevating Voices, a program featuring the voices of high school students from across Miami representing different faiths and identities.\nStudents will share experiences exploring and reflecting on antisemitism, islamophobia, racism, and other forms of bias and how we can collectively create an inclusive community that dignifies all identities.\nThe high school students are graduates of MetroTown, a 6 day summer program in South Florida for teens to learn about inclusion and diversity, develop leadership skills and share meaningful dialogue about issues relating to their distinct identities and lived experiences.\nThere are only 10 spots open to high school students.
