DESCRIPTION:29th Anniversary of the AMIA Jewish Community Center Bombing in Argentina\nJoin the Miami Jewish community for the annual ceremony honoring the victims of the 1994 bombing of the Jewish community of Buenos Aires.\nKEYNOTE SPEAKERS\nTed Deutch, CEO of American Jewish Committee (AJC)\nAmos Linetzky, President of AMIA, Argentina\nSPECIAL GUESTS\nMayor Daniella Levine Cava, Miami-Dade County\nLeandro Fernandez Suarez, Consul General of Argentina in Miami\nMaor Elbaz-Starinsky, Consul General of Israel in Miami\nAMIA Exhibit “Ese Dia/That Day”\nIn conjunction with the AMIA Bombing Anniversary Memorial Event on July 12, we will have a special, temporary exhibit, “Ese Dia/That Day.” The exhibit contains photos of the survivors printed on recycled paper from 1994 – the year of the bombing. The exhibit will be on display in the lobby of Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus for a limited time. It can be viewed before and after the event. We encourage you to arrive early for the event to allow time for security and parking, so you can view the exhibit at that time.
