Phi Alpha Pi
We are delighted to welcome back Sara Marks to our Sunday Salon. She was here to introduce us to her first book, Modern Persuasion, and now we have her modern Pride and Prejudice story, Phi Alpha Pi, the second book in her 21st Century Austen series.
Born in Boston, MA and raised in Miami, Sara now lives in Lowell, MA and is a librarian at UMass Lowell. She loves reading nearly every genre, but likes to write romance and fantasy books; and here she asks, What would you do if the man you can’t stand tells you how much he loves you?
Lizbeth, the protagonist, has a busy senior year ahead of her, balancing her goals to complete being president of her sorority, writing an honors thesis, graduating, and decide her future plans. Love isn’t something she’s even thinking about. Join us to fascinatingly discuss and offer your opinions to her resolutions of these issues.
