Capital Campaign

The mission to maintain the ties of our cherished past to an exciting, new and promising future is the cornerstone of this monumental campaign. An honored tradition to provide a house of worship is the driving force which stirs passion in the hearts of these leaders. Built upon honoring the generations of those who came before us, they have empowered a community of vested congregants to create history. The results are within these sacred walls and throughout our beloved campus.

Embrace your accomplishments — these are fulfilled dreams, be moved by this blessed place. Together We Build, A Home for Our Heritage.

The Frank & Jodi Hessel Family Youth Complex

The incredible Frank & Jodi Hessel Family Youth Complex is home to our Indoor Basketball Court/Gymnasium, a Performing Arts Center, a Blu-Ray Theater, Youth Lounge, Snack Bar, Music/Drama Room Lunch Room and Teaching Kitchen.

This integral cornerstone — on our Richard and Janet Yulman Campus — is a centralized hub of activity at Beth Am for the Day School, Religious School, Youth Programs, Basketball and Temple programming.

The RAMBAM Center — Library and Judaic Studies Building

The new RAMBAM Center features a state-of-the-art Computer Lab, an Adult Reading Room and Day School classrooms.

The vision was to facilitate the congregation's experience of enjoyment, spirituality and community through the use of an exciting, comfortable, friendly and relevant Judaic library. Programs have been coordinated around the increased space offering a vast array of educational, social activities and events.

The library enhanced collection meets the media needs of our Nursery, Day and Religious Schools while providing an adult experience for the entire community.

Endowment Gifts and Campus Dedications

The construction and renovations to the Temple Beth Am campus have been completed, and now critical funds are required to maintain these facilities and ensure that both efficiency and aesthetics are of the highest standard. These campus buildings are the realization of years of planning, dreaming and steadfast philanthropy from our involved and generous Temple Beth Am community via the Capital & Endowment Campaign.

These facilities present incredible vehicles for Endowment and Dedications. Opportunities for dedications are available for all areas of the campus with specific endowment designations in areas such as Judaic Studies, Academics, Athletics and the Performing Arts.

These programs have a direct effect on our congregants, Day School and Religious School students today, while the Endowment allows us to plan for the future. If you are interested in learning more about these programs, please contact Robert Hersh, Executive Director, 305.667.6667, ext. 101.

Our Capital Campaign Donor Recognition program was designed and approved by the Temple Board of Directors. Past, current and future donors will be prominently recognized throughout the campus for their philanthropic support and generosity.
