Kids K’hilah
(Kindergarten–4th Grade)


While parents are praying in the sanctuary, kids (Grades K–4) may enjoy an exciting new High Holy Day experience, including an innovative visual and spiritual tefilah (prayer), led by Rabbi Rachel Greengrass and Susan Linder. In the Auditorium, Hessel Family Youth Center

Students also will engage in text study on the theme of “What Matters Most:  Relationships With Others,” facilitated by Josh Laurence and teen volunteers, as well as engage in a tzedakah project. All this and a snack too! In the Adult Reading Room, RAMBAM Center


Schedule for Kindergarten–2nd Grade

8:15–9:05 — Tefilah (Auditorium, Hessel Family Youth Center)

9:10–9:55 — Avodah (Beit Midrash: "Who Matters Most" and snack – Adult Reading Room, RAMBAM)

10:00–10:15 — Gemilut Hasadim: Service project — Making cards for Pioneers, Holiday, get well, etc.

10:15–10:30 — Shofar service (Children will join their parents in the Sanctuary)
