Temple Beth Am

Welcome to the Beth Am Community!

If you are new to the state or new to the south Miami-Dade County area, or otherwise looking for a synagogue, we thank you for this opportunity to tell you about Temple Beth Am. It can be challenging getting to know a new community and learning what it has to offer.

Temple Beth Am is one of the largest congregations in South Florida. We are a Reform synagogue that honors our traditions and embraces a full spectrum of Jewish life and living. Beth Am is a “full service” congregation with a myriad of programs and activities for all ages, ranging from social to athletic to spiritual.

We have five full-time Clergy to meet all of your needs. We believe there is something for everyone. As part of our welcome to you, one of our Clergy will come to your home and bless a mezuzah

Our new Jan & Daniel Lewis Family Religious Life Complex was dedicated on August 31, 2007.

Our volunteers and lay leaders are the foundation of our congregation and participation in our programs and activities are encouraged by all. You can best gain a sense of the vitality, warmth and caring of our congregation by visiting us, meeting our members and worshiping with us at a Shabbat service.

Temple Beth Am has so much to offer you and your family. What a great way to meet new people, find old friends, and get involved and enhance your life.
