'Bike Your Child to School' Day 2011
On October 5, 2011, Day School students participated in International Walk/Bike Your Child to School Day.
In celebration of Yom haAtzmaut (Israel Independence Day), 2nd graders took their parents on "a tour of Israel," with specially created exhibits where parents asked questions about the cities or places.
Students Present "Song of the Sea"
Elementary School students performed a special play, "Song of the Sea," based on the Torah portion, during the Passover service on April 25, 2011.

Day School Elementary School students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade enjoyed a special field trip on March 28th. "The Exodus Experience" included a visit to a model matzah bakery where they learned how to make kosher matzah, and to the Michael-Ann Russell JCC in North Miami Beach.
Early Childhood Passover Musical
Early Childhood students were treated to a Passover musical production on April 13th, with the participation of Beth Am's clergy and some of our EC teachers, under the direction of Early Childhood Music Teacher Patti Sacks.
On April 1st, Temple Beth Am Day School participated in the dedication of three Magen David Adom lifesaving ambulances, presented to the People of Israel by The Fairholme Foundation.
Temple Beth Am celebrated Purim with an Afternoon Purim Carnival on March 21, 2011.
Beth Am Singers... A Whole New Sound! Beginning in the 2nd grade, all students in our Day School and Religious School are invited to join Cantor Rachelle Nelson and Jackie Berney in our Children's Performing Choir.
