Continuing the yearlong celebration of our 50th Anniversary, the Beth Am Basketball Spring League runs from January to May, and is open to the entire community. The league emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship, with fundamentals and skill development a focus for all of our players, regardless of experience or ability.
The Spring League includes various divisions for boys from 3rd–12th grade and girls from 3rd–6th grade. Team practices will begin shortly after the player evaluations and our drafts are held, and games are set to begin the week of Monday, February 5. New this Spring, we are introducing a High School Boys division on Sunday mornings. Across all of our divisions, we are grateful for the more than 100 volunteer head and assistant coaches that lead and instruct our players, while ensuring our players learn, practice and have fun through the game of basketball.
In addition, we are excited to continue our new coed Peewee Clinics for 1st and 2nd graders on Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-5:30. Our Peewee Clinics will begin on Wednesday, February 7, and continue through Wednesday, May 8 (no clinics held during Spring Break and Passover). Featuring skill-development instruction and training, these clinics include scrimmages at the end of every session, as we introduce the Beth Am Basketball way to our youngest participants. It’s a great opportunity for children to develop their fundamentals, build confidence and have a blast with their peers.

The Fall League hosts Boys in 3rd–8th grade and Girls in 3rd–6th grade.
This Spring, we are continuing our weekly Peewee Clinics for boys and girls in 1st and 2nd grade.
The Spring League includes boys in 3rd–10th grade and girls in 3rd-6th grade.
No. Girls and boys each play in separate divisions.
The 3rd through 10th Grade registration fee includes a full Uniform, Practices, Games and Playoffs.

Practices are held at the coach’s discretion, any day during the week or weekend, as well as the location and time. Most practices are held within a 7-mile radius of Beth Am.
All players use regulation-height 10-foot baskets for games and practices.
Spring Evaluations will take place on Saturday, January 20 and Sunday, January 21.
Our Fall League runs from August through December.
Our Spring League runs from January through May.
We are unable to accommodate such requests since our Coaches conduct Player Evaluations which are followed by Player Draft where the Coaches select players to the teams.
